un ecclésiastique anglais, naquit en 1796. Il devint ministre de Trinity Church, Leeds; principal de la Leeds Grammar-school en 1818; et recteur de Papworth St. Everard en 1820. Il mourut à Leeds en 1830. Parmi d'autres ouvrages, il publia Sermons on the humiliation and Exaltation of the Son of God (Lond. 1824); Specimens of English Poetry (1827).
