Friedrich Wagl

Wagl, Friedrich, théologien catholique romain d'Autriche, né en 1807 à Horn. En 1831 il fut ordonné prêtre ; en 1835 docteur en théologie ; en 1838 professeur d'exégèse à Gratz ; et mourut le 10 septembre 1871 à Potzleinsdorf, près de Vienne. Il publia Der Priester und die Neuzeit (Gratz, 1850) ; — Der Religionsunterricht an der Volksschule (ibid.). Voir Literarischer Handweiser, 1866, p. 153 ; 1871, p. 525. (B. P.)
