Alberti; Giovanni Battista, un Italien de Savone, fut membre du clergé régulier appelé Somaschi. Il mourut vers 1660, laissant, parmi d'autres ouvrages, Lib. II de Vita et Rebus Gestis S. Majoli (Gênes, 1638, 8vo); Lib. IV de Apparitione Virginis Misericordie Savonensis et de Imaginibus ejusdem (ibid. 1642); — Apes Liizi (Tortona, 1646).
