Agathodaemon, dans la mythologie grecque, était le nom grec du serpent égyptien Knepih. SEE AESCULAPIUS. C'était aussi une divinité bienfaisante à la mémoire de laquelle on buvait un verre de vin pur à la fin des repas, et à qui un temple fut dédié en Arcadie.
